Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of alloy wheel repair and refurbishment services by Wheel Fusion. By instructing us to carry out work on your vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
These terms apply to all customers of Wheel Fusion and form the basis of the contract between you (the customer) and Wheel Fusion (the service provider). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. Our Services
Wheel Fusion provides professional alloy wheel repair and refurbishment services from our premises in Darnley, Glasgow Southside, G53 7SP. Our services include, but are not limited to: diamond-cut alloy wheel refurbishment, powder-coat painting, kerb damage repair, buckle and crack assessment, colour matching, and general wheel cosmetic restoration.
All work is carried out by trained technicians using industry-standard equipment and materials. We reserve the right to decline any job that we believe cannot be completed to our quality standards, or where a wheel is deemed structurally unsafe and unsuitable for repair.
The scope of each job is agreed at the point of quotation. Any additional work identified during the repair process will be communicated to the customer and will require written or verbal authorisation before proceeding.
2. Quotations
All quotations provided by Wheel Fusion are based on the information and/or photographs supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to revise pricing based on current material costs and availability.
Quotations are given in good faith based on the visible condition of the wheel(s) described or photographed. Upon physical inspection of your vehicle, if the actual condition differs materially from that described, we may revise the quoted price. In such cases, you will be notified before any work commences and may choose to proceed on the revised terms or withdraw your vehicle at no charge.
A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until it has been accepted by you and confirmed by Wheel Fusion in writing or verbally.
3. Payment
Full payment is due upon collection of your vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work. We accept payment by the following methods:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash (GBP sterling)
- Bank transfer (by prior arrangement only)
Wheel Fusion reserves the right to retain possession of your vehicle and/or wheels until payment has been received in full. If payment is not made within 14 days of notification that your vehicle is ready for collection, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable daily storage charge.
Where a deposit has been agreed, this is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
4. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times quoted at the time of booking are indicative only and are provided in good faith based on our current workload and the complexity of the repair required. Typical turnaround for standard alloy wheel repairs is 1–3 working days; diamond-cut refurbishment and multi-wheel jobs may take longer.
Wheel Fusion shall not be held liable for any delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, supply chain delays for specialist materials or powder coats, equipment failure, or exceptional volumes of work. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as reasonably practicable.
We strongly advise customers not to make firm travel or vehicle-use commitments based solely on an estimated completion date.
5. Liability
Wheel Fusion takes all reasonable precautions to care for vehicles whilst on our premises. However, our liability is subject to the following limitations:
- Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present on your vehicle or wheels prior to the commencement of work. We will make reasonable efforts to document the condition of wheels upon intake; customers are encouraged to review this documentation before leaving their vehicle.
- Structural integrity: Cosmetic repair does not restore the structural integrity of a wheel. We accept no liability for any wheel that, despite appearing cosmetically repaired, fails due to pre-existing structural damage that was not visible or diagnosable at the time of repair.
- Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the total cost of the service you paid for. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of use of your vehicle, loss of earnings, or loss of business.
- Third-party property: We accept no liability for personal belongings left in the vehicle during repair.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
6. 12-Month Workmanship Warranty
Wheel Fusion provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all completed repairs from the date of collection. This warranty covers defects in the workmanship or finish applied by Wheel Fusion, including peeling, flaking, or premature corrosion of applied coatings under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
- New kerb damage, scuffs, scratches, or mechanical damage sustained after collection.
- Damage caused by the use of unsuitable cleaning products, pressure washing, or automated car washes with abrasive brushes.
- Deterioration resulting from failure to maintain wheels in accordance with our aftercare guidance.
- Structural or safety defects unrelated to the cosmetic repair carried out.
- Wheels that have been subsequently repaired or altered by a third party.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@wheelfusion.com or call 0141 880 4519 with proof of original service and photographs of the issue.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.
Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. However, if you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of any jurisdiction in which you are domiciled, as provided by applicable consumer protection law.
Wheel Fusion reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time your booking is confirmed will apply to your service.
