We use a hydraulic wheel straightening press to carefully restore bent alloy wheels to within manufacturer tolerance. The process is carried out cold to avoid introducing stress fractures that can occur with heat-based methods.
After straightening, every wheel is checked on our wheel balancing machine to confirm it runs true. A slight buckle that you might feel through the steering wheel is often fully correctable in a single session.
Alloy wheel straightening is far cheaper than replacement and is a permanent repair for wheels that are bent but otherwise undamaged. We'll advise if a wheel is too damaged to straighten safely.
