The diamond cut process uses a CNC lathe to skim a fine layer of metal from the wheel face, creating an ultra-smooth, highly reflective finish that catches the light like no painted finish can. The rest of the wheel is powder coated in a contrasting colour - typically dark grey or gloss black - to highlight the machined face.
Diamond cut wheels are popular on prestige vehicles including BMW, Audi, Mercedes and Range Rover, but can be applied to any alloy wheel that has the right structure for the process.
Damaged or previously repaired diamond cut wheels lose their machined surface. We can fully restore them - stripping the old finish, repairing any damage, then re-machining on our CNC lathe for a factory-quality result.
