Unlike paint, powder coat is applied as a dry powder electrostatically and then cured in an oven at high temperature. The result is a much thicker, harder finish that resists chipping, scratching, and corrosion significantly better than liquid paint.
We offer powder coating in any standard or custom RAL colour, including gloss, satin, and matte finishes. Specialist textures - including metallic powders, candy colours, and thermochromic (colour-changing) powders - are also available on request.
The process involves full wheel stripping to bare metal, sandblasting to prepare the surface, application of the powder, and oven curing. The result is a finish that bonds chemically to the wheel and provides long-lasting protection.
